Cap Maison is thrilled to announce the highly anticipated return of its Guest Chef Series in 2026. This celebrated program brings some of the world’s most talented chefs to the island for unforgettable epicurean experiences overlooking the Caribbean Sea.

In May 2026, the series continues with Sarah Steffan, Executive Chef of Blackberry Farm, a culinary destination in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains. Chef Steffan’s inventive, farm-driven approach, rooted in Appalachian heritage and refined by world-class technique, will bring a new dimension to Cap Maison’s vibrant dining scene. Her menu highlights include culinary delights such as  Seared Scallop with fermented habanada pepper, coconut & fig leaf sauce and Beef ribeye cap,  onion-potato sauce, shaved foie gras, roasted chipolini onions & truffle jus.

Both events will feature exclusive tasting menus, interactive cooking demonstrations, wine pairings, and intimate chef’s table experiences. Guests will have the rare opportunity to connect directly with these acclaimed culinary leaders while enjoying the island’s stunning setting.

The Cliff at Cap’ with its French Caribbean fusion cuisine, and Executive Chef Craig Jones at the realm, is currently leading the fine dining scene in Saint Lucia, where a table in the restaurant is considered one of the most highly sought after on the island.

Cap Maison’s Guest Chef Series is open to both resort guests and a limited number of non-resident diners. Reservations will be required for all special events.
