Cap Maison’s executive chef Craig Jones will welcome Michael Bremner of Award winning Brighton (UK) restaurant 64 Degrees, into his kitchen for one night only on Saturday 10th June.
The event is part of an international chef exchange coordinated by the Brighton & Hove Food and Drink Festival.
Bremner will be taking a taste of Brighton to the Caribbean sunshine this summer. Guests of Cap Maison and residents of Saint Lucia will be treated to an elaborate and innovative six-course tasting menu that will include dishes such as chilled roast tomato consommé with a pesto dressed tomato salad and a crème fraiche spherification, and local caught Dorado with a Ridgeview English sparkling wine emulsion accompanied by almond and brown butter crumb.
