The Cliff Bar provides the same thought and care that comes from the kitchen. The concept is “bar fresh” based on locally sourced seasonal produce to make great cocktails as memorable as the sea views.  Rum is naturally a focus.  Cliff Bar offers one of the largest selections with 28 rums from nine Caribbean islands and a resident expert, affectionately referred to as our Rummier.
